From dancing alone in his room to be a worldwide dance champion. David Stalter Jr. -The Crown- is World Champion of the “World Hip Hop Dance” Championship; USA Champion of “Red Bull Dance Your Style”; World Finalist for two times of the World Championship of “Red Bull Dance Your Style”; USA Hip Hop Champion of “Juste Debout”, USA Champion of “Fusion Concept” competition, among many others. He decided to step out of the room and take movement and personal expression much further. No one to impress and nothing to prove, but he reached the world to get down on his knees. He brings the crowds to their feet in standing and loud ovations. And this is just the beginning.
Born and raised in Minneapolis, David Stalter is half Liberian and half Korean. As a professional dancer, he can teach in a variety of street dance styles, including hip hop, animation, breaking, popping and locking. He performs solo and also participates in dance-battles and dance-competitions, having accumulated more than 50 awards. Hard work and a unique set of skills has led him to work with a variety of artists as a choreographer, as G-Eazy, Lil Jon and Skee-Lo, etc. His talents don’t stop at dance: he is also a great actor, movement model and model, influencer and content creator with a huge fan base: More than 442,000 followers on TikTok @davidjrx, and 272,000 on Instagram @davidjrx, his content easily become viral and reach millions of views.
As a model and movement model David has worked for international fashion brands like Xuly Bët, Voa Collective and 22Industry from Paris. He also participated as a model in the Paris Fashion Week, in the runway for the Fashion Brand Xuly Bët Fashion Show SS25. He has worked for other brands in the USA in advertising campaigns and as a dancer, he is currently ambassador of the brand Red Bull.
His purpose with dance is “to spread as much light as I can, and to keep moving with love. My biggest vision is to inspire as many people as possible through my arts. If my art can make people feel better, even if it’s just a little, that’s all that matters.”
